Restoration 'Hoeve De Blauwpoorte 1444' Heule

  Reeds in de 15e eeuw is er in archiefstukken sprake van deze hoeve “Goed te Leywals”. Het was toen reeds eigendom van het O.L. Vrouw Hospitaal van Kortrijk. Een kenmerk van de hoeven in hun bezit was de blauwe kleur, refererend naar Maria.

Op een kaart uit het archief van O.-L.-Vrouw, Kortrijk van 1747 wordt de hoeve vermeld als “het goed van ’t hospitaal”.

De gebouwen van de omwalde hoeve zijn vandaag nog steeds herkenbaar. Dit geldt ook voor de omliggende open akkerlanden die nu nog steeds merkbaar zijn in de huidige kadasterplannen.   ABGR restaureerde dit belangrijk beschermd monument “Hoeve De Blauwpoorte” in samenspraak met het Agentschap Onroerend Erfgoed.

De bijgebouwen werden volledig gerestaureerd om herbestemd te worden als exclusieve feestzalen met het nodige comfort en faciliteiten.

  In the 15th century this farm "Goed te Leywals" was mentioned in archive documents. It was then owned by the O.L. Vrouw Hospitaal of Kortrijk. A characteristic of the farmsteads in their possession was the blue color, referring to the Virgin Maria.

On a map from the archive of O.-L.-Vrouw, Kortrijk of 1747, the farm is mentioned as "the good of the hospital".

The buildings of the walled farm are still recognizable today. This also applies to the surrounding open farmlands that are still noticeable in the current land register plans.   ABGR restored this important protected monument "Hoeve De Blauwpoorte" in collaboration with the Agency for Heritage.

The outbuildings were completely restored to be re-used as exclusive party rooms with the necessary comfort and facilities.
